💪 January is in the books, and we’re starting February with momentum! Here’s what went down at Koyama Dojo last week:
✅ Monday: We drilled key fundamentals in basic waza and dabbled in some okuden points. (Tell me you were working on Shihan without telling me you were working on Shihan 😉.)
✅ Friday: We welcomed a new student, Terry, for his free week of training—glad to have you on the mats!
✅ Saturday: A high-energy class focusing on strikes (atemi), throws (nage & otoshi), and chokes (maki komi)—lots of movement, control, and technique refinement.
