Koyama Dojo hosted a surprise visit from Soke LaMonica this weekend. Students on Friday spent time working with Soke and Shihan Chris on dan specific waza, henka, weapon defenses, ground techniques and even some shiatsu. In past years, the YMCA has had class sessions of various lengths. Starting now, the YMCA is switching to sessions of 7 weeks each with a one week break between sessions. This should simplify your registration for classes. As always, we hold classes during all breaks without extra cost.
